Return Shipping

If items are returned to me due to insufficient or wrong addressed provided by the customer, the customer will need to pay additional shipping costs to have the item re-sent.

Concerns with order

If there is a problem or concern with your order, please contact me within 3 days of the delivery date. I do not refund customized orders.

Lost Mail

If your package becomes lost in the mail, please contact your local post office and/or mail carrier to help solve the issue. I would also suggest submitting a missing mail claim on the USPS website. I am happy to help you fill it out.

Custom order proof and approval

If you purchase a custom order, I will send a proof to you within 48 hours to review. Please look over it and make any necessary changes you need. (We will work together to make it look exactly how you want it to look.) Once you are happy with it, please approve it with me so I can begin creating it promptly. If I send the proof and do not hear back from you by the shipping deadline, I will move forward with the proof design.

International shipping

Unfortunately, at this time I do not ship internationally. I only ship within the United States.
